Vessel’s CSL MANHATTAN, main engine RTA 96C camshaft journals were damaged during her trip towards Rotterdam. Camshaft sections were off-landed in Portugal and travel by truck to our facility in Keratea.

- Rigorous inspection, measurements and damage assessment
- Rough grinding on our CNC DB7000 grinder
- Buildup of worn surfaces by Laser Cladding
- Rough and finishing grinding to surface roughness to 0.1Ra and 0,5μm ovality
